How is this Retreat designed?

This Retreat offers the possibility to slow down, connect with nature, and your heart. Healing here will happen through a journey of authentic exploration of movement, artistic & therapeutic practices, and energy work. This is an embodied integrative experience, based on the knowledge of yoga, music, dance, and psychology.
