YOUR TEACHERS

The retreat will be hosted by the Yoga and Meditation Teachers Nina-Gyana, and Yasmin the founders of Yoga del Mar. Yasmin and Nina-Gyana will guide you through twice-daily transformative yoga practices, including Vinyasa Flow, Meditation, Yin Yoga, Mantra chanting, Breathwork and Active Meditations. This will be a unique opportunity to deepen your practice, release old patterns, and embody the energy of freedom.

SOUL FOOD

Each meal is a masterpiece— created by the private chef Chris, the Conscious Cook, who will nourish you with delicious, healthy, plant-based dishes that are gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar-free. You’ll enjoy local and organic ingredients prepared with love, care, and attention to detail, leaving you feeling nourished in body, mind, and soul. Brunch, Snacks & Dinner included.

A massage of conscious touch

Thai Yoga Massage is a sacred dance, a meditation in movement, as touch happens out of a state of presence, connection and metta - loving kindness. Experience a warm and embracing energy Massage, that can make you feel held, nurtured and grounded. Thai Yoga Massage is a holistic treatment that stimulates the energy lines and acupressure points in your body. It supports you to tap into your own healing journey and gives you a feeling of peace, vitality, and balance. The Massage is carried out with clothes and on the ground.

Thai Yoga Massage is an intuitive Massage, tailored to your body and needs.

Somatic Rebalance Method

A poetic, transformational approach to massage and bodywork that seamlessly integrates a variety of Eastern and Western modalities into a single, cohesive practice. This synergistic blend works holistically on all bodily systems—from the lymphatic and vascular to the nervous system, muscular chains, and myofascial network. When combined with Christopher’s meditative touch, precision, and depth, this practice becomes a truly unique, potent, and sensorial somatic journey—one that invites tranquility, release and rebalance.

Massages are not included in the Retreat fee.
